 Cleaning and Turnover

Cleaning Schedule

Hire professional cleaners for turnovers after every guest stay. Ensure thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and common areas. Wash and replace linens, towels, and any used items.

Restocking Supplies

Replenish essentials like toilet paper, towel paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toiletries. Maintain a stock of pantry basics (e.g., coffee, tea, sugar).

Inspection

Conduct a post-cleaning walkthrough to check for damages or missing items.

Guest Experience and Support

Communication

Respond to guest inquiries within 30 minutes during business hours and 1 hour outside business hours. Use messaging templates for FAQs and common issues.

Welcome Package

Offer a welcome kit with snacks, bottled water, coffee, and a handwritten note. Include a list of emergency contacts and local recommendations.
